Town of 4,400 inhabitants of the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region, located near the magnificent Gola del Furlo, Acqualagna is characterized by a centuries-old tradition of research, production and marketing of truffles. Over the centuries, in fact, the white truffle has perfumed the tables of emperors, popes, princes and lords, ennobling every dish. Those who visit Acqualagna, to taste the sweetness and taste of truffles, are lucky to be surrounded by a stupendous scenery consisting of the Reserve of the Furlo, in the territory of the Mountain Community of Mount Catria and Nero.
